Mission:

All Things M.O.M.S. (Mothers Overcoming Many Struggles) supports mamas overcoming trauma — past or present — by regulating the nervous system and bringing safety back, while also building opportunities for the next generation to thrive.

Who we serve: Every mom simply needing community after hardships, from Seattle to Tacoma. YOU belong here.

What makes us different:

  • We give trauma a name. Finally, there are words for what you've been experiencing. Trauma can leave you with feelings you can't explain and patterns you can't seem to shake. That's where our monthly Moms Meetups come in. At each gathering, we unpack one term or concept, like people-pleasing, gaslighting, or little-t trauma, broken down in a way that exposes its effects in your everyday life: how you show up for yourself, your littles, and others. When you can name it and understand why you react the way you do, you can start choosing something different. Healing your nervous system is how the cycle stops with you..

  • Healing that feels good. Every gathering is hands-on. We pair honest conversation around being an Overcomer of trauma with actively doing a self-care activity, all while a licensed therapist sits right at the table with us, not behind a desk. Add a little self-care treat and mom connection, and that's a calmed nervous system. You will leave feeling seen, supported by new and old friends who get it, and confident, because your willingness to survive deserves to be celebrated!!!

  • Mom and her littles, together. We support the whole family, together. When a mom heals her nervous system, her children feel it, developing stronger social-emotional skills.

  • Led by someone who's been there. MOMS was built by a mom, for moms. No judgment, no performing. Just "We got you."

  • The ultimate moms' club. Serious about healing, never too serious to have fun. Rooted in faith, open to every mom.

Name it. Heal it. Look good doing it.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do I need to sign up ahead of time?
It helps if you can — it lets us make sure everyone's represented: enough food, any gift bags or giveaway items, and any childcare needs accounted for.

What happens at a listening session?
Moms connect. Families connect. Community connects. It's a space to talk about what's actually on your mind, and what your family truly needs — whatever that is. Our goal is to build community around what the community actually needs, and make what's already out there more visible and accessible. No pressure to share more than you're comfortable with.

Can I bring my kids?
Kids are always welcome. We do host one moms-only event each month, though — that one's specifically so moms can pause "mom mode" and focus, distraction-free, on what she and her family truly need.
